Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
\n
\n
- Manage goods pick-ups, coordinating both couriers and warehouse operations;
\n
- Oversee the seasonal purchasing calendar and delivery forecasts to ensure alignment with team budget targets;
\n
- Monitor and report weekly on the progress of purchasing campaigns;
\n
- Manage order confirmations while supporting the team with performance analysis, reporting, and presentations;
\n
- Facilitate ongoing cross-functional collaboration with administrative, legal, commercial, and logistics teams;
\n
- Monitor quality control processes (handled by the warehouse) and track any stock discrepancies (e.g. defective items, returns to suppliers, variances between ordered and delivered quantities);
\n
- Buying-side support.
\n
\nThe Type Of Person We Are Looking For\n
\n
- At least 1/2 years of experience in a similar role, or alternatively in accounting/administrative roles within import/export or logistics;
\n
- Proficiency in English;
\n
- Advanced Excel skills;
\n
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Business Intelligence tools;
\n
- Basic knowledge of retail and supply chain KPIs.
\n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
\n
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a team;
\n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
\n
- Proactive approach and results-oriented attitude;
\n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
