Talent Aquisition Intern
Short Description
The intern will join our Human Resources team, supporting recruitment and HR development activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Posting job advertisements on major recruiting platforms
- Screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews
- Supporting communication with department managers to understand hiring needs
- Managing and organizing HR documentation and records
- Supporting HR projects, particularly in training and talent development initiatives
Requirements
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Humanities, or related field (ongoing or completed)
Additional Qualifications
- Good command of English (from good to advanced )
- Previous experience in HR (even brief) is considered a plus
