 
        
        About the Role 
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage finance-related projects, with a particular focus on the implementation of the new ERP system based on Microsoft D365 F&O.; The ideal candidate will have proven experience with MS D365 F&O;, in-depth knowledge of finance processes, and substantial experience in managing complex ERP implementation projects. 
Responsibilities 
- Coordinate the roll-out activities of the Microsoft D365 F&O; system for the Finance area across the Group's companies, in cooperation with the PM, project team, and business functions. 
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure a smooth transition and successful go-live of the Microsoft D365 ERP system. 
- Oversee post go-live activities, including system stabilization and user support. 
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders. 
- Evaluate local business needs to ensure consistency with core business processes. 
- Manage and provide KPIs regarding user support. 
- Ensure adequate support for end-users through constant monitoring of requests (ticketing) and the level of service provided. 
- Coordinate and manage finance projects within the group companies, ensuring timely and cost-effective results. 
- Manage finance-related vendors. 
- Analyze and propose optimizations for finance processes to improve operational efficiency. 
- Ensure compliance of implemented processes with fiscal and corporate regulations. 
Qualifications 
- Proven experience with Microsoft D365 F&O; in the finance domain. 
- Knowledge of treasury packages (Piteco, Kyriba, etc.). 
- In-depth understanding of finance processes. 
- Familiarity with DevOps and trouble ticketing systems. 
- Experience in managing complex implementation projects. 
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
- Proven ability to manage projects in terms of time and cost. 
- Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure. 
Pay range and compensation package 
- Annual Salary based on real seniorty with a range of 45.000 up to 65.000 euro per year
