Chef de Rang
to join our team. We are looking for a hospitality professional with strong service skills, genuine passion for guest care, and the ability to deliver an elevated and seamless dining experience.
In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing your assigned station, ensuring a refined, attentive, and personalized service at all times. You will work closely with the service and culinary teams to guarantee a coordinated, elegant, and detail-oriented guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full service of the assigned station, delivering a polished, attentive, and discreet experience. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on dishes, preparation methods, and pairings to enhance the guest journey. Coordinate service workflow to ensure timing, quality, and consistency. Prepare and maintain all areas of the station before, during, and after service to the highest standards. Execute mise en place, table maintenance, clearing, and overall service flow with precision and efficiency. Manage special requests and anticipate guest needs with professionalism and sensitivity. Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and equipment-care standards. Foster a collaborative, respectful, and excellence-driven working environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Rang within luxury hotels Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, polished presentation, and the ability to anticipate guest expectations. Team-oriented attitude combined with professionalism and strong communication skills. Flexibility, composure, and a natural passion for delivering outstanding service.
