We are looking for a Prototyping Workshop Technician. The objective of the position is to contribute to the creation of prototypes of our products.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Machining of plastic or metal parts using lathe and milling machines
* 3D–2D processing with dedicated CAM analysis software for machine setup (3D printer or CNC)
* Production of plastic parts using 3D printer
* Production of plastic parts machined from solid material using CNC
* Finishing of prototype parts (deburring, sandblasting, tumbling, filing…)
* Assembly of prototype components with plastic and metal parts
* Assembly/disassembly of prototype vending machines
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
* Technical diploma or professional qualification in the mechanical field
* At least 5 years of experience in the role
* Good PC skills (CNC station and 3D printing)
* Ability to use dimensional measurement tools (caliper, etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of technical drawing
* Ability to analyze the production process of both a component and an assembly/disassembly processLanguages
* Willingness to learn and proactivity
* Precision and predisposition to teamwork
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of machine setup (lathe, milling machine, CNC, 3D printer)
