This is the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail projects in the Fashion & Luxury sector. You will have the chance to collaborate with major Italian and international fashion brands in a dynamic and stimulating environment. The Role You Will Play : Client interaction: You will be the main point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Listening carefully to their needs and desires, you will work to ensure their satisfaction and the achievement of shared goals. Project objectives and monitoring: You will guide project objectives, ensuring each phase proceeds according to plan. You will monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates on project progress and sharing forecasts and progress reports with clients and internal teams. Technical configurations and team interaction: You will handle technical and functional configurations of the product, ensuring they meet client requirements. You will work closely with the technical development team to align solutions with client needs. Resource coordination: You will motivate and coordinate the project team, monitoring activities to ensure effective and timely execution while maintaining high morale and efficiency. Technical and language skills: Curiosity and eagerness to learn new management software are important. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is fundamental. Customer and business orientation: A strong focus on customer and business needs, with a passion for learning, is desired.
