The Data Center Engineering Operations Technician will help ensure the availability and reliability of data center operations, meeting or exceeding service levels. This equipment supports mission‑critical servers and must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. /liliSupport the maintenance and monitoring of all data center systems, including incidents, events, problems, changes, and escalations. /liliTroubleshoot and monitor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, voice/data, cooling, fire/life safety systems, and generators. /liliAssist contractors or engineers in maintaining facility equipment, deploying new equipment (racks, cabling, etc.), and conducting site walkthroughs to verify equipment and system operations. /liliAct as a First Responder to critical events and support both new and existing data center facilities. /li /ulh3A day in the life /h3ulliMonitoring alarms and systems that manage power, cooling, and fire suppression in the data center. /liliCoordinating vendor work on‑site to ensure equipment is maintained and uptime is preserved. /liliSupporting other teams and sites during events and planned works. /liliHandling rack installations and powering up equipment. /liliMonitoring and facilitating the handover of new equipment. /liliSharing knowledge and supporting new team members. /liliParticipating in event response drills. /li /ulh3About the team /h3pDiverse Experiences.
