BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a full-time on-site IT Support Specialist in Italy.
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed.
* Communicate timely updates on issue status and resolutions.
* Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS for Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware components.
* Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
* Carry out repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
* Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
* Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Valid work permit.
* Extensive IT and computer knowledge.
* Several years of related experience preferred.
