The core responsibilities of the role include setting up the Visual Merchandising books; setting up shop window and merchandising installations; developing training activities, ensuring that company logic and visual merchandising techniques are transferred.Communicates with the Style office and supports the Head of Visual Merchandising Design by participating in the creation of the Brand's display guidelines for the relevant season and for special projects.Is responsible for the organization and implementation of the creation activities Book V.M. in accordance with company standards and the identity of the collections, guaranteeing an adequate level of image.Supports the Manager in the six-monthly placement of resources on internships and in the organization of training activities.Is responsible for drafting the exhibition guidelines intended for points of sale.Is responsible for designing and providing both general and visual training for each individual project, in order to develop and keep the know-how of market representatives updated.Is responsible for creating the setups for internal presentations of product.Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities.Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies to within its function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community.QualificationsKnowledge of English (B2).Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years).Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
