PpElusav Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our client's team in Mons, Belgium on a prestigious and large-scale Data Center Construction project. /p pAs the Project Director you will be responsible for the management and co‑ordination of all aspects of the Project as they relate to the project scope of work. Leading and managing the Project Team and interfacing with the Client Team you will set clear direction and expectations for the safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery of the fully integrated build. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSchedule and chair meeting with your team, the Design team, and the Client. /li liFollow up and ensure a timely close out of any outstanding items. /li liAttend and actively contribute to EHS and QA meetings. /li liAttend Morning White board/evening schedule meetings as necessary. /li liImplement the company Project audit plan. /li liReview weekly Project audits and address open items with your team. /li liDiscuss findings and trends with your Construction Manager, your team, and the BU Leads. /li liEnsure Audit findings are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. /li liDrive closure of all open Audit findings. /li liReview quality of output and foster continuous improvement in audits. /li liEnsure that all EHS alerts are communicated effectively. /li liEngage in the campaigns being run to reflect the alerts – TBT, Stand-down, Demonstration /li liEnsure all company SOP’s are being adhered to. /li liManage the overall operations for the project, and ensure that the Safety, Quality, and Environmental objectives are established. /li liEnsure Workforce participation. /li liEnsure Procedures are in place and being adhered to on your project. /li liEnsure you and your team have fully reviewed and understand the Project specifications and documentation. /li liPlan procurement and ensure engineering is developed to meet deadlines. /li liReview actual progress against planned and ensure that clear and concise reporting to the project team and Senior Management. /li liEnsure that expected margin is being maintained and regular commercial reviews are in place. /li liManage budgets and costs effectively. /li liPeriodic attendance at planned meetings, TBT, SLT, DABS. /li liAttend client meetings /li liPush strong QEHS approach with Client. /li liMaintain and foster good relations with the client and the client’s representatives. /li liIdentify improvement opportunities. /li liMake training available to your team and your Sub-contractors. /li liSet standards for training requirements for the company and Sub-Contractor staff. /li liMentor the team and lead by example. /li liReview weekly Progress update with the project planner and implement strategies to ensure project remains on track.
