HR PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
As a HR Personnel Administration Officer, you will play a key role in our Human Resources team.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant personnel administration while supporting employees and management across the full employee lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies
* Manage employment contracts, onboarding, changes, and terminations
* Support payroll activities by managing time and attendance, leave, salary‑backed loan, and employee data
* Manage annual health insurance registrations and periodic renewals
* In collaboration with the finance department, it carries out the reconciliation of funds, payments to trade unions, loans and salary‑backed loans
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR documentation
* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding contracts, payroll, and HR procedures
* Prepare HR reports and support audits and internal controls
* Act as the main operational interface with the labor consultant
* Maintain personnel documentation in compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations
* In collaboration with H&S department, manage monthly medical visit plan and mandatory safety training
* Support HR Manager in Recruiting process with external provider
What About You?
* You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll‑related roles, preferably in a multinational industrial organization environment
* You possess strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes and basic knowledge of accounting principles related to personnel costs
* You speak fluent English (written and spoken)
* You have a proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll management tools
* You have an effectively use of internal HRIS (SuccessorFactors) and digital HR tools logic
* You possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, enthusiastic, problem‑solving mindset and well‑organized approach to work
* High level of confidentiality, precision, and reliability
