Job Details What you will do We are looking for a _Service Operation Manager _, with proven multi-year experience in managing a Field Service Organization across territory. She/He will ultimately coordinate the entire _Service Operation Organization _through direct management of the _Area Service Supervisors _. Main focus will be on delivering Service Excellence, while ensuring achievement of Key Financials Indicators. How you will do it - Managing Service Operations on Contract Base to ensure full Customer Satisfaction while achieving key assigned Financials - Ensuring Service productivity focusing on capacity planning, technician effectiveness and change management - Implementing Operating System with standard KPIs, to ensure performance accountability of assigned Service Supervisors - Strengthening the Team Culture around Safety and Diversity - Building strong and continuous exchange with Sales Teams and with all colleagues - Build positive relationships with Customers - Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols What we look for - University degree will represent preferential title - Familiarity with Industrial Chillers and HVAC Systems, will represent preferential title - Proven Service Management experience, minimum 5 years - Frame of mind for Planning as well as for Problem Solving - Strong attitude to create positive work environment - Fluent English written and spoken - Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules Our benefits We offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
