Key Contributions to the Role
* Elite Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both loyal and new clients, consistently exceeding expectations and anticipating their luxury needs.
* Ready‑to‑Wear Expertise: Act as the primary expert, offering in‑depth product knowledge, personalized styling advice, and tailoring suggestions.
* Sales Performance & Strategy: Drive and achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall commercial success of the seasonal Capri boutique.
* Impeccable Service Delivery: Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience that embodies the luxury standards and values of our brand at all times.
* Boutique Presentation: Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique environment is always pristine, inspiring, and aligned with global brand guidelines.
* Operational Excellence: Support all stock management procedures, including inventory checks, restocking, and accurate point‑of‑sale transactions, ensuring seamless daily operations.
* Brand Ambassador: Actively participate in exclusive store events and client engagement activities designed to enhance brand visibility and drive customer loyalty during the high season.
What You Bring to the Team
* Experience: Proven experience as a Client Advisor or similar client‑facing role (2+ years), preferably within luxury retail, with a strong focus on Ready‑to‑Wear or high‑ticket fashion items.
* Client Focus: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage meaningful client relationships (CRM experience is a plus).
* Communication Skills: Strong, polished communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse and exclusive international client base.
* Goal Orientation: A self‑starter attitude, highly goal‑oriented, and a collaborative team player committed to achieving and surpassing store targets.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual merchandising, quality control, and an understanding of the presentation standards required in a luxury environment.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian is highly valued, and additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage for serving our international visitors.
