As a Senior Software Developer within the Project Software Developement Department, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our intralogistics software.
You'll work on customer-specific solutions, contribute to the modernization of our legacy systems, and take ownership of technical challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance our software platform based on Oracle, PL/SQL, and Java for current projects
* Contribute to the transition towards Java EE, Wildfly, JMS, and container-based architecture for future projects
* Collaborate with distributed teams in Austria, Czech Republic, and Poland
* Take initiative: identify problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation
* Engage in the full development lifecycle: documentation, requirements engineering, testing, and quality assurance
* Occasionally travel to customer sites – primarily work from Leoben or Hart bei Graz

* Several years of experience (> 7 years) in software development
* Strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset
* High-quality standards, even under pressure
* Experience in intralogistics is a strong advantage
* Fluent in English (German is a plus for local collaboration)
* Willingness to grow into a Software Architect role over time

Our employees convince through their personality, talent and commitment. Therefore, we determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the monthly minimum salary of EUR 5.800,- gross (38,5 hours/week) according to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry is of course possible depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
