Main Responsibilities - Engage with local and global internal customers to understand needs and translate them into business requirements - Identify efficient solutions and define functional design to address new needs or gaps versus the in-place implementation - Deal with system-integrators to challenge solutions and validate design - Lead project execution, including performing gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling, coordinating testing - Networking with business units and IT to integrate or ensure synergy with other software Who we are looking for - Degree or equivalent background - They have acquired an experience of about 1-4 years in the delivery of complex IT projects, focusing on the analysis and functional design of retail solutions (POS and stock management), operating in fast-paced and multi-country contexts - They come from multinational companies with a strong customer experience orientation or from consulting companies, where they took part in projects of implementation, customization or migration of Salesforce - Fluent English is required - Detailed process-oriented problem-solving skills - Project management skills: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment with limited supervision - Communication & interpersonal skills: ability to lead projects, negotiate with internal customers, align all levels of management, lead meetings to reach decisions, and sell projects to users
