PFor our HQ in Palermo, we are looking for a strongCRM Panel Community Manager /strong who will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM. This will be used for the strategic management of clients in terms of sales and marketing, as well as for managing the community of respondents that the company relies on. /ppstrongActivities and Responsibilities /strong /pulliCRM Management: You will be responsible for managing FFIND's CRM, implementing actions decided by the Marketing Director and the Sales Director. /liliPanel Management: You will handle the management of FFIND's panel, evaluating opportunities for panelization of new respondents and implementing affiliate campaigns. /liliSocial Media and Community Engagement: You will also manage the community of panelists from a social perspective, creating engaging content and strategies to maintain high interaction and interest within the community, while minimizing attrition as much as possible. /liliDevelopment of a New Panel: You will have the opportunity to build a new panel of users in VR from scratch. This is an exciting project that requires creativity and problem-solving skills.
