ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Principal Application Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Pre-and post sales support:Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our PCB solutions.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for new prospects and recommending optimal technical solutions.
Delivering training, knowledge transfer, and services to customers.
Providing technical expertise during workshops and offering ongoing technical support to European customers.
Investigating customer issues, identifying workarounds, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sharing customer feedback and suggestions with the R&D; team to drive product improvements.
Participating in team projects and contributing to the overall success of the engineering team.
QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of professional experience in the PCB design domain.
Hands-on experience with electronic software for board design is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of PCB tools and PCB Design Conception Flows.
Familiarity with schematic entry and PCB design is an advantage.
Knowledge of programming languages such as TCL is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
Ability to work effectively in a multinational engineering environment and communicate with internal teams and external customers.
Willingness to travel for customer visits as needed.
