The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile facilitator with a strong delivery- and measurement-oriented mindset, capable of operating at a btechnical team level /b and ensuring the correct application of Scrum and/or Kanban practices in complex organisational contexts. /p pExperience in financial services (banking, insurance, financial institutions) is a plus but not mandatory. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as Scrum Master for bup to 3 Agile teams /b in a technical domain (e.g. data platforms / data hub environments) /li liSupport Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization /li liOrganise, facilitate, and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives) /li liPromote and spread the Agile mindset within teams and across the organisation /li liSupport teams in value creation, delivery objectives, and continuous improvement /liliIdentify, manage, and help remove impediments and delivery blockers /li liEnsure correct understanding and application of Scrum and Agile principles /li liManage and apply Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) appropriately /li liCoordinate interactions between teams, stakeholders, and the Transformation Manager /li liMonitor delivery progress and Sprint outcomes /li liDefine, track, and report bScrum and delivery KPIs /b, with a strong focus on measurement /li liEnsure compliance with internal processes, Chapter guidelines, and agreed timelines /li liUse and manage Agile tools, particularly bJira /b /li liFoster strong relationships within and across teams /li liProvide regular reporting and status updates to management /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib3–4+ years of experience /b as a Scrum Master /li liProven experience managing bmultiple Agile teams simultaneously /b /li liStrong practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies /li liExperience working with btechnical IT teams /b (data, platforms, or similar domains preferred) /li liAbility to engage at a btechnical level /b with development teams /li liExperience in complex or enterprise environments /li liBackground in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus /li liStrong delivery focus and experience with KPI-based performance tracking /li liHands‑on experience with bJira /b /li liAbility to report effectively to senior stakeholders and transformation leadership /li libEnglish /b: nice to have /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liKnowledge of Lean / Agile Portfolio Management frameworks /li liAgile or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) /li /ul p bInterested?
