Position Overview

Join Deutsche Bank EASY, a market leader in consumer credit operating through direct channels, agency networks, and partnerships with third-party networks, providing financial services such as personal loans, credit cards, etc.
The selected candidate will handle the Family Channel and will report hierarchically to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop the customer database assigned to the branch during periodic commercial campaigns.
* Handle inbound customer requests to ensure their satisfaction, in collaboration with branch colleagues.
* Identify suitable products from the DB Easy portfolio based on customer needs.
* Achieve growth and profitability targets within the 'Family' segment for the branch.
* Monitor the quality of production and, in agreement with the Branch Manager and Regional Manager, define and implement necessary corrective actions.

* Degree in economics or law.
