We are looking for a Client Advisor
Who actively contributes to maximizing the boutique's performance through sales and strategic objectives, ensuring a great customer experience and optimal profitability.
How will you make an impact? You will:
* Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
* Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing excellent service, suggesting additional and alternative products, and guiding customers on product selection.
* Represent Montblanc as an ambassador, embodying the Maison at all times.
* Share your passion for the Maison with clients, explaining the inspiration behind each product.
* Learn the storytelling of each collection, including the inspiration and how it is reinterpreted in our creations.
* Handle cash and card payments, and balance cash registers with receipts.
* Manage stock deliveries, verify accuracy, check quality, and store items properly.
How will you experience success with us? You will:
* Have previous sales experience in a boutique setting.
* Be fluent in English and Italian.
* Possess a strong customer and goal orientation.
* Exhibit elegance, manners, style, and an appreciation for luxury items.
* Be organized, decisive, and capable of problem-solving.
* Have a passion for Art and Design.
* Be reliable, responsible, and diligent.
* Be comfortable with digital tools and CRM applications, understanding their commercial logic.
* Be committed to the successful operation of the boutique.
* Demonstrate exceptional selling skills, customer focus, and communication abilities.
* Be a supportive team player.
* Have recent or current experience in Naples, enabling you to propose client treatments and high-level partnerships.
