Reach millions. bThis is just the beginning /b. /ppbr/ppThe role /ppWe are looking for a bTalent Acquisition Specialist /b to join our People team /ppYou’ll work closely with the HR Manager and support both brecruiting activities and day-to-day HR operations /b. /ppbr/ppWhat you’ll do /ppbTalent Acquisition /b /pulliSupport the recruitment process end-to-end, especially in the early stages /liliScreen CVs and manage applications through our ATS /liliCoordinate interviews and scheduling with candidates and hiring managers /liliSupport candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience /liliHelp with job postings and employer branding activities /li /ulpbHR Support /b /pulliSupport onboarding activities for new hires /liliHelp manage HR documentation and employee data /liliSupport internal HR initiatives (surveys, performance reviews, people processes) /liliBe a point of contact for basic HR-related questions from the team /liliHelp keep HR tools and documents organized and up to date /li /ulpbr/ppWho we’re looking for /ppYou’re a great fit if you: /pulliHave completed bat least 2⁄3 years in recruitment (head hunting counts as well) /b /liliIt would be amazing if you already worked in a tech company - even better if you were in a start up /liliAre organized, reliable and detail-oriented /liliEnjoy working with people and communicating clearly /liliAre curious, proactive and eager to learn /liliFeel comfortable using digital tools (ATS, Google Workspace) /liliIf you already used Ashby, its a huge plus /liliAre fluent in Italian and have a good level of English /li /ulpWhat we offer /pulliWe have a salary range of 30’000-35’000€ + welfare + meal vouchers /liliOffice in bMilan /b, with a hybrid work model /liliHands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR /liliContinuous learning and close mentorship from the HR Manager /liliA young, collaborative and informal startup environment /li /ulpbr/ppInterview Process /pulliFirst interview with the HR Manager /liliA technical interview with the HR Manager /liliA chat with Mattia, our CEO /li /ul
