With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.brstrongRole description:br/strongArcadis is looking for a strongMEP Consultant /strong, that will provide support to the company's Technical Advisory team and our roster of international clients in strongDue Diligence /strong activities.brThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the identification of risks and opportunities on feasibilities and transactions activities, carry out the verification of systems and related documentation performing both on-site inspections at sites and Data Room analysis.brThey will be a point of reference for our clients regarding MEP findings and risks, taking on the responsibility of Project Manager for specific projects assigned.brstrongRole accountabilities:br/strongulliInspection and technical verification of the systems (possible feasibility analyses are included); /liliDocument review of systems documentation (design, certifications, permitting and statutory documentation, etc); /liliAnalysis of the maintenance status of the property through an inspection to verify compliance with the present documentation, the presence of any discrepancies and the identification of risks and possible mitigation for both operational needs and transactional requirements. /liliAnalysis of the quality of the property, evaluating any costs and timing of corrective interventions based on the conservation conditions and problems encountered. /liliEstimation of the multi-year CapEx of the properties, tenancy analysis and lease agreements. /liliDrafting of checklist and QA formulation together with the counterpart, following the evolution of the document progress from time to time. /liliDrafting of associated reports and Technical Due Diligence for the MEP systems in English.br/li /ulstrongQualifications Experience:br/strongulliAround 3/4 years of experience in the Due Diligence or Facility Management industry; /liliA Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering; (other engineering backgrounds would be accepted in case of relevant experience). /liliExcellent proficiency in English (B2/C1). /liliAvailability for business trips on the national / international territorybr/li /ulstrongWhy Arcadis?br/strongWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
