Ph3Job Description /h3pJoin the Engineering Helicopters Value Stream team to support and manage all the engineering technical activities related to support in service and maintenance activities for the assigned legacy hydraulic actuation equipment's, with main focus on primary flight controls. Address technical issues resolution, develop design solutions to problems of varying complexity, assuring high quality technical content and timely closure. Prepare, review and maintain the product technical documentations, support customer with modification in service and operations for parts production. Be active part of Maintenance Organization to support maintenance, repair and overhaul activities. What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like? /pulliAct as technical focal point for the customer, all internal stakeholders and Suppliers for the assigned products. /liliCoordinate and support all the engineering activities with other departments, like investigations and cost reduction activities, ensuring compliance with customer specification. /liliAccomplish and manage technical tasks to evaluate product deviations and identify temporary and permanent solutions in support to production and maintenance departments. /liliAnalyze product or parts modification request and initiate relevant change process. /liliSupport maintenance activities with maintenance log sheet preparation and update, review and support to preparation of maintenance documentations, warranty analysis and product training activities. /liliProvide support and assistance to internal department's questions/queries relating to the products maintenance, repair and overhaul activities. /liliReport project status data to Engineering Management and Program Management Office in support of periodic project review and program review and attend design review as product leader. /liliOperate in compliance with company and customer quality standards and procedures. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3pWhat will you bring to the role? /pulliMaster degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. /lili5+ years of proven experience in a technical role in design, development, verification, product or maintenance support of mechanical or hydraulic components, preferably in an aerospace context. /liliGood knowledge of engineering principles and mechanical design, including product development, certification processes and understanding of engineering drawings. /liliDemonstrated ability to analyse problems and strategize for better design solutions. /liliDemonstrated familiarity with manufacturing, production and maintenance processes. /liliSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. /liliProblem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. /liliGood use of Microsoft Office Package. /liliFluent Italian and good English (written and oral). /liliDriving license. /liliAvailability to short travels between Italian sites and abroad. /li /ulpDesirable skills: /pulliGood knowledge of SAP /liliKnowledge of project management techniques, including cost estimation, scheduling and risk management /liliKnowledge of the airworthiness regulations in civil and military aerospace for production and maintenance (EASA and EMAR Part 145) /li /ulh3Company Information /h3pSafran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
