Role Description
* Coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of incoming projects by effectively briefing strategists, copywriters, designers, and developers
* Translating project requirements into clear actionable tasks for creative and technical teams to ensure alignment with the initial brief
* Supporting Sales by identifying up-selling opportunities, discussing project proposals with various brand stakeholders, and presenting cost estimates
* Preparing and managing essential project documentation, including CPS or Gantt charts, to ensure smooth execution of approved projects
* Performing quality checks on received assets, gathering clients feedback and approval on created assets
* Cooperating with other colleagues to swiftly deliver projects in agreed timelines and handover tasks if needed
* Lead weekly and monthly catch-ups with client by showcasing current statuses and blockers
* Propose & recommend new solutions as well as amendments to produced assets
* Maintenance of activation calendars & planning production based on local needs
* Update project statuses in trackers (Excel files) and in PM tool (Asana)
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital project management with a proven track record of leading end-to-end content production and complex creative workflows
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to securing approvals through persistence and consistent follow-ups in a busy environment
* Strong cross-team coordination skills to effectively synchronize tasks and facilitate collaboration between various departments and team members
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines on fast-paced accounts while maintaining high organizational standards and composure
* Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level) is required, proficiency in Italian - nice to have
* Experience with Asana or basic Photoshop are considered strong assets
