About the Role

As a Ground Segment RF Test Engineer, you will support the integration, validation, and testing of satellite communication systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure RF compatibility and mission readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF compatibility testing between ground segment systems and satellites
• Support integration and validation of new features and services
• Configure, operate, and maintain RF test equipment
• Manage customer-provided hardware (e.g. transceivers, engineering models)
• Develop and execute test procedures and produce technical test reports
• Collaborate with software, DSP, and operations teams
• Provide technical support to customers during RF test campaigns

Qualifications

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in RF or telecommunications engineering (or relevant internships)
• Basic understanding of RF systems and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-have

• Experience with satellite communication systems or ground segment operations
• Knowledge of RF test equipment and measurement techniques
• Python scripting skills
• Familiarity with Safran tools (CRT, CORTEX, NURON, SATCORE)
• Experience working with international customers

Pay range and compensation package
