Koch-Glitsch Italia (KES Company) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tower Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will perform inspections of new or existing column internals to ensure adherence to KES installation standards, procedures, tolerances, and expectations. This role is critical in providing maximum performance and efficiency, thereby delivering added value to our customers in the field at client’s industrial sites.
Our Team
You will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking Services Team, committed to expanding our services business across the European region. In this role, you will report directly to the Group Leader Technical Service, based in Poland, and collaborate closely with the Services Operations Team, including Tower Specialists located throughout Europe.
Our European KSPS Team is headquartered in Hilden, Germany, providing a strong foundation for cross-regional cooperation and innovation.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct inspections of column internals to ensure compliance with installation standards.
2. Report technical feedback from the field to improve company products.
3. Perform all activities in accordance with company rules and procedures.
4. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation necessary for tower internals installation.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
5. Proven experience in the oil & gas field.
6. Technical education background.
7. Fluent in English
8. Availability and willingness to travel.
9. Experience in confined spaces and working at height
