Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on siteConduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plansDevelop and deliver training and awareness programs for employeesEnsure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processesPromote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experienceAt least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industryTraining in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08Good command of English is preferredProactive, analytical, and strong communication skills
