Responsabilità
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting
- Consulting experience required
- Strategic mindset (hypothesis driven, 80:20, iterative approach)
- Self‑managed and leadership potential to influence engagement with designers, engineers and POs
- Progressing thought leadership in deep tech; new methodologies or ways of working
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Continuous Improvement
- Ability to articulate trade‑offs in technology decisions (IaaS/PaaS, container orchestration, service mesh, API gateways, xlwpduy open source vs commercial)
- Experience with legacy integration and remediation (facades, strangler pattern)
- Understanding of integration patterns (events, synchronous vs asynchronous)
- University degree in mathematical‑scientific field, IT, or business administration
- Fluency in English and Italian
