Job Description:
Amazon is seeking a skilled process specialist based in Bangalore to support the Liquidations operations with the India ReCommerce organization. Liquidations is an emerging business with huge potential in India.
We are looking for an intelligent, motivated individual to manage end-to-end execution operations for Liquidations, track performance and disputes, improve vendors experience among other responsibilities. The role will provide an opportunity for the candidate to learn Amazon's liquidations business from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, manage high volumes of tasks and projects and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround. The candidate will also be customer-service oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with external stakeholders is essential.
• These have to be done with high accuracy and within SLAs.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Besides day-to-day tasks, you will own liquidators order experience like cancellations, disputes, shipping, finance reconciliations etc.
• You will have to own dive deeps and simplification of processes.
• You will also own weekly financial and operational metrics review and reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience in payments or e-commerce
Preferred Qualifications:
- Should be well-versed in working with Excel
