A protagonist in the main strategic programs globally, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Infologistic Solution organizational unit of the Electronics Business area, we are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer for our Rome office.The person will mainly deal with the following activities:* Develop, maintain and evolve both legacy and cloud-native enterprise applications.* Operate on existing systems based on legacy Java stack (Servlet, JSP, JavaScript), ensuring their stability and operational continuity.* Design and develop new functionalities in modern microservice architectures.* Develop backend applications based on: * Java * Quarkus and Spring Boot * JPA / Hibernate* Develop modern and reactive frontend interfaces based on: * React * Next.Js * Tailwind CSS* Collaborate with the Software & Solution Architect in defining technical and architectural choices.* Integrate services via: * REST APIs * API Gateway * event-driven architectures* Participate in software testing, validation and release activities.* Collaborate with Business Analysts and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency between requirements, implementation and platform.**Required qualifications:*** Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent.**Seniority:*** Senior profile (5-10 years), with consolidated experience in full-stack development in complex enterprise environments.**Required technical knowledge and skills:*** Excellent knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles.* Experience with: * Quarkus and/or Spring Boot * JPA / Hibernate* Ability to work on legacy code (Servlet, JSP).* Design and development of REST APIs.* Experience with microservice architectures.* Familiarity with messaging systems and event streaming (Kafka).* Experience in frontend development:* Knowledge of design and componentization systems (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui).* Ability to implement UIs starting from functional mockups.* Knowledge of relational databases:* Familiarity with caching mechanisms (e.G.
