If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pYou will join the HR team supporting Network Strategy Engineering, an international function of approximately 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries. /p pYou will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day-to-day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics. /p ul liSupport key HR processes (performance talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review) /li liSupport people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward) /li liPrepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings /li liContribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation /li liCollaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs) /li liSupport ad‑hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou are curious, well organised and eager to learn quickly /li liYou have good communication and collaboration skills /li liYou are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the business /li liYou have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbers /li liYou feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields /li liGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with additional tools is a plus /li liFluent in both Italian and English /li liInterest in HR, People Analytics and complex organisations /li liPrevious experience (internships, thesis, project work) in HR or analytical roles is a plus /li /ul h3Not a Perfect Fit? /h3 pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
