We are seeking an IT Manufacturing Project Manager to drive strategic IT projects (especially on SAP) focused on new implementations within the Production Planning & Control area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the Governance team responsible for Application Maintenance, overseeing all application solutions that support the Production Planning & Control processes.
Define project scope, budget, resources and detailed activity plans to guarantee effective execution.
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team composed of internal stakeholders and external partners.
Collaborate with Iveco Group business functions to align project outcomes with operational needs.
Ensure integration and consistency with IT SAP Competence Center, following SAP methodologies and best practices for solution implementation.
Deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements (including education, competences & years of experience):
Expert project leader (8-10 years)
Excellent relationship and communication skills
Good leadership skills
Organizational and problem solving capabilities
Automotive industry experience
Consistent knowledge of the manufacturing processes (with special focus on Production planning and control)
SAP background (S4Hana Manufacturing modules)
Fluent in English
Avalability to travel (40%)
Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or relevant experience
Languages:
