Overview Reporting to the M&A and Strategy Director, the M&A and Strategy Specialist will be mainly managing or supporting the management of projects within the function Business Development. Responsibilities To support the Merger and Acquisition process by making relevant business case studies and preparing project updates and decision papers. The M&A specialist collaborates cross functionally with the corresponding project teams and key staff functions and ensures that the overall project is on track To support the coordination and management of the overall TWS strategic planning process To prepare presentations and executive summaries for selected strategic projects To liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and / or develop new business opportunities Key requirements Master’s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in similar role or project management within a complex multinational environment Advanced use of MS Office Fluent English, a 3rd language will be considered a plus Pronounced proactive as well as structured and analytical approach, problem solving, leadership capabilities, communication skills, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment and team spirit are needed skills to complete the profile.
