This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency by facilitating communication between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive strategic and organizational support.
* Main Activities
The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
* Managing the CEO's agenda, planning meetings and appointments, and coordinating national and international travel;
* Overseeing correspondence and documentation;
* Coordinating corporate meetings and events, ensuring efficient management of logistics and necessary materials;
* Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and professional communication;
* Supervising office operations and supplies to maintain an organized and efficient work environment;
* Welcoming clients and visitors, serving as the first point of contact for the CEO;
* Supporting special projects, collaborating with various company departments on strategic initiatives;
* Directly managing :
* An Executive Assistant supporting other corporate departments;
* A Company Driver;
* Cooperating with other Executive Assistants within our Group and providing support when needed.
* Education & Work Experience
* Background in humanities or a similar field will be considered;
* At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role;
* Previous experience in international environments within the Luxury / Design sector will be considered a plus.
* Technical and Soft Skills
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills;
* Strong discretion, confidentiality, and precision, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
* Excellent command of English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
* Professional proficiency in digital tools and software packages (Microsoft Office, Adobe);
* Proactive attitude, initiative, and flexibility.
