- Develop and update weekly and monthly production plans aligned with plant capacity and commercial needs.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Issue production orders and ensure timely communication of any changes to Demand Planning, Export Customer Service, and Plant Scheduling.
- Support the launch of new products by integrating them into the production plan.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Scheduling and Customer Service Export.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and initiative to manage unexpected changes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of production flow and planning logic.
- Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
