Design Responsible Engineer – ADAS (Parking Assistance Systems)Turin, Italy | On‐Site (5 days/week)Contract / Freelance |Must be based in Italy – No sponsorship availableWe are hiring a Design Responsible Engineer (DRE) – ADAS to support the development and validation of Parking Assistance systems (ultrasonic and camera‐based) for a major automotive project based in Turin .This role requires hands‐on involvement in component development management, supplier coordination, and system validation within a structured automotive environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage the complete development lifecycle of ADAS parking assistance componentsRelease and maintain technical specificationsPrepare supply packages and support evaluation of technical offersMonitor development plans and address critical issues with mitigation actionsPerform impact and risk analysis for changes and updatesCoordinate and lead technical meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupport and execute validation activities for parking systemsEnsure development progress, quality, and compliance with requirementsMandatory RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in development or management of automotive parking assistance components(Ultrasonic and/or video‐based systems)At least 1 year of experience in parking system validationStrong understanding of automotive development processesNative Italian – required for technical documentation, supplier interaction, and meetingsEnglish (intermediate or higher) for communication with global stakeholdersNice to HaveKnowledge of installation characteristics and regulatory compliance(e.G.
