Your Role: International Shipping Specialist As part of our Shipping Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are delivered efficiently to customers worldwide. As an International Shipping Specialist, your mission will be to oversee a smooth logistics process while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. What you’ll do: - Plan shipments and determine the most effective transportation methods. - Handle and verify all required documentation, including customs procedures. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners. - Monitor shipments and swiftly address any issues that may arise. - Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations while optimizing processes to save time and reduce costs. What we’re looking for: - A minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on international shipping. - Extensive knowledge of Incoterms and HS Codes. - Proficiency in logistics management software. - Excellent command of English (knowledge of additional languages, such as Chinese, is a plus). - You’re an organized, flexible individual with great attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
