Job Description
How you will contribute
* Oversee part of the Flou collection development within the Flou Product Development team.
* Follow up with every attributed style, coding all models, compiling the bill of materials and transfer of information to suppliers.
* Participate at handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
* Collect information about changes, improvements during fittings and ensure to update technical sheets in PLM.
* Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time following our company quality standards.
* Update of PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).
* Be responsible of the correct handover to production of the garments.
* Research special workmanships, embroideries and finishing when required.
Who you are
* 3

5 years of experience in Product Development within the
Luxury Fashion Industry
, ideally with exposure to Flou.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems is essential.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
* Effective in managing relationships with Design and Merchandising teams.
* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
