Corporate social media expert
Responsibilities
* Support the definition and execution of global social media strategy and guidelines for Fidia Corporate assets, incl. contents, plans, community management, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Harmonize and drive efficiency for all social platforms, tools and processes of the Company’s ecosystem, to raise traffic, engagement, visibility and improve CJ.
* Manage Corporate social media profiles, coordinate agencies, and give directions to local teams, where present.
* Plan and execute an editorial calendar, organizing upcoming communication activities and contents (posts, articles, press releases, events, photos, videos, advertising).
* Ensure the correct positioning, alignment and consistency of Fidia across activities, geographies, platforms and touchpoints, by supporting and coaching subsidiaries, and internal / external stakeholders, with the aim of creating holistic usage across countries and teams and implement best practices.
* Plan and manage social media adv, develops campaigns, projects and other ad hoc projects and measure KPIs, create reporting and dashboards, fostering a data driven culture.
* Social listening, monitoring consumer, competitive, creative, brand insights (intelligence / KPIs).
* Work synergistically with marketing team to support therapeutic areas and products activities, giving directions on Fidia’s role, contribution and exposure in their digital communication (e.g. logo use, company role and contents etc.).
* Propose and develops innovative social media programs for the company : policies, training, ambassadorships, etc.
Requirements
* Degree in communication, marketing, economics, languages.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in medium to large companies or agencies.
* Previous experience or background in the pharmaceutical / medical field would be considered a plus.
* Very good ability in copywriting and storytelling.
* Excellent knowledge of social media advertising and Google Ads, Google Analytics and MailChimp.
* Good knowledge and understanding of graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva etc.) and video making.
* Fluent in English.
* Critical thinking and flexibility, as well as planning and organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

* Salary between € 33.000 and € 41.000.
