Role Overview: This role is crucial in leading the technical team through a path of change and innovation, as outlined by strategic management and the Innovation Manager. The goal is to optimize and improve client relationship management and internal team collaboration, especially in synergy with the sales department. Main Responsibilities: Progressively take operational control of the technical team, demonstrating charismatic, decisive, and authoritative leadership. Manage complex projects, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and quality in analysis, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases. Translate client needs into concrete, clear, and operational technical requirements. Coordinate and motivate internal resources towards shared objectives, maintaining high performance standards. Monitor project progress rigorously, proactively managing potential issues. Ensure structured and continuous communication with clients, fostering transparency and trust. Prepare detailed technical documentation and accurate, timely reports. Collaborate proactively with the sales team during pre-sales, providing realistic and detailed feasibility and timing assessments. Advance into roles with direct responsibility for operational management of the Assurance & Delivery area.
