Directly report to CIB Director Associate Director you will handle the execution of corporate finance transactions, including M&A potentially also involving Sella Group, Corporate Bond issuances and Leveraged Finance transactions and play a key role in the preparation of reporting materials. Main responsibilities: - The full range of responsibilities involving Corporate Finance transactions at Analyst level;- With the support of an Associate you’ll carry out industry and company research;- Performing valuation analyses, including financial statement analysis, company valuation, financial modeling;- Support the team in the preparation of excel models and drafting of presentations and deal memoranda, being part of the team involved in the execution of the project;- Support the team in the preparation of portfolio monitoring activities and drafting of related reports;- Support/assist the internal approvals process for proposed transactions attending bank committee.- Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 university;- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite;- Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad It will be considered a plus: - Experience in Corporate bond issuance, Leveraged Finance, M&A or Transaction Services;- Tax and accounting expertise;- Sound understanding of banking industry, financial services regulation, bank capital structures and public market valuations.
