Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant who will support the Trade Team in managing production, installation and execution of trade marketing activities across the Italian wholesale optical channel, contributing to the implementation of the country marketing plans.Main responsibilitiesManage POP materials and handle tailored requests from the sell‑out team across more than 7,000 points of sale in ItalySupport the implementation of digital trade marketing activities, including digital flagships and tool re‑activationsEnsure in‑store brand visibility execution, coordinating suppliers and directly supporting special or key set‑ups, mainly in MilanSupport trade marketing investments management using SAP (RDA creation and APS set‑up)Coordinate with National Key Account clients on campaign materials and support budget allocationCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade initiativesConduct competitors’ analysis and prepare presentations for top management (Marketing & Sales Directors)Main requirementsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree program in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering or a related fieldStrong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindsetSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – ECDL Full Standard preferredAbility to manage multiple activities and interact with both internal and external stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFluency in Italian and good knowledge of EnglishWhat’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
