Experteer Overview
In this role you help ensure product and system compliance, supporting the local unit with effective controls and quality processes. You work with cross‑functional teams to verify customer and regulatory requirements are met while maintaining safe, cost‑efficient operations. You will apply standards, test methods, and life‑cycle validation to release compliant products, software, and services. You will drive customer‑focused quality improvements, audits, and data‑driven actions that reduce risk and enhance performance. This is a hands‑on position in a global company that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and real‑world impact.

* Assist implementing internal controls to ensure processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements
* Represent Voice of the Customer in local teams and coach staff on risk‑based decision making
* Support use of ABB systems for product data and analysis and ensure life‑cycle alignment with customer expectations (APQP)
* Lead or guide application of local Quality Management System and process management improvements
* Perform quality audits and analyze data to identify risks, nonconformances, and corrective actions
* Support Customer Claims resolution, root‑cause analysis, and monitoring of customer KPIs
* Assist in ensuring compliance of products, software, and services before release
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks and validate processes and controls
Responsabilità
* Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Management (explicit in description)
* Experience in similar roles with customer contact
* Knowledge of electrical diagrams and technical drawings (2D‑3D)
* Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, Ishikawa)
* Familiarity with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
* Six‑sigma yellow/green belt is a plus
* Availability for short assignments in Italy or abroad
* Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
* Fluent in English (medium level) and good Italian
* Experience in problem solving and cross‑functional management
