Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3ulliSupport engineering activities and projects in the manufacturing areas (equipment and systems innovation, sustaining and improvement). /liliAnalyze, identify and propose improvements to the code in Siemens S7 and other PLCs in our DryCart department to ensure more efficient and reliable operation of industrial automation systems. /liliProvide hands-on experience in the preparation of user requirements and engage with suppliers for the design and commissioning of new equipment and systems. /liliSupport the qualification and validation processes in relation to the own area of expertise. /liliActively collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the correct functioning of systems, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance support. /liliCooperate with local and global IT teams for the delivery of IT solutions impacting manufacturing areas. /liliMaintain an updated level of knowledge on industrial automation technologies, participating in training courses aimed at expanding your know-how. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliDegree in Automation, Electronics, Computing Engineering or similar disciplines is preferred. /liliExperience in delivering automation solutions, including Siemens PLC programming (S7 platform), industrial network (EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus) and HMI / SCADA System. /liliFamiliarity with the Tial Portal development environment. /liliKnowledge of vision systems for quality inspection (e.g. Omron, Cognex and Keyence). /liliAbility to work in a team, communicate effectively and solve complex technical problems. /liliOrientation towards quality and safety at work, with attention to detail. /liliAdaptability to evolving technologies and strong ability to partner with IT team for the successful rollout of new solutions for manufacturing. /liliGood knowledge of English, spoken and written. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pbReasonable Accommodation /b /ppVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
