This role reports to the Senior Operations Director FP Trays. /p h3Key tasks and responsibilities : /h3 ol liEnsure the health safety of employees and visitors at the site, and that all KP safety rules are followed. /li liEnsure best-in-class quality service while maintaining a competitive cost base. /li liAccurate budgetary control, forecasting, and management. /li liContinuous improvement of all relevant operations metrics (e.g., Material Balance Output, Manhour OEE%, DPMO). /li liManage multidisciplined teams, including training, discipline, development, and morale. /li /ol h3Management responsibility : /h3 pUp to 7 direct reports and a high number of indirect reports, depending on demand.
