In our scope, we define protection strategies for a wide range of technologies including cloud environments, IoT devices, and automated manufacturing environments within Industry 4.0.
We are seeking a talented and technically savvy individual to join our global team. You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, giving you top management visibility from the very first day.
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Shape and drive the zero trust corporate strategy, leading enhancements to elevate the Group’s cyber maturity.
* Establish and champion identity-focused cybersecurity initiatives based on your hands-on experience and close collaboration with the Identity team.
* Stay ahead of emerging security practices and regulations, continuously refining Franke’s standards to maintain industry leadership.
* Respond effectively to complex security scenarios by combining your experience and knowledge of relevant security resources.
* Work with multiple international stakeholders to produce innovative and creative solutions covering business and IT users.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, defining identity and zero trust cybersecurity strategies.
* Hands-on experience with:
o Entra ID
o Zero trust enabling technologies such as micro-segmentation and ZTNA
* Microsoft certifications such as: Identity and Access Administrator Associate and/or Azure Security Engineer Associate (preferable)
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Occasional business travel
