Position Summary
We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Off-Highway Marketing and Communication team in a manufacturing / industrial environment in Reggio Emilia Location
This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in B2B marketing, lead generation tools and technical-industrial communication, who enjoys working cross-functionally and supporting a structured organization.
Main Responsibilites
* Managing campaigns on Social Media Organic : Social Media Strategy, Develop the Editorial plan (execution), develop a products campaign, develop a dedicated campaign (for Exhibition) look at analytics and come up with appropriate course of action.
* Manage company LinkedIn page, Facebook page, YouTube and playlist channel
* Managing campaigns on Social Media Paid: Organize and set the paid campaign mainly on LinkedIn and Google (Search and display). Definition of KPI and organize a report for each campaign
* CRM and DEM : E-mail marketing campaigns and develop and implement CRM strategy across the BU (Salesforce is preferred)
* Management of exhibitions and Events : Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Collaborate with Commercial and Distribution teams on roadshows, open days, conferences (Sac events, Customer Event, Tech Days, Product launches)
* Translate technical and industrial content into effective marketing materials.
* Maintaining and updating Off-Highway websites and looking at data analytics: comparing data, making reports to take further strategic decisions. SEO strategy implementation
* Support in development of digital tools for product launches (augmented & virtual reality, 3D animations, product movies)
