PThe candidate will work in close collaboration with the Head of PPMO, the Senior PMs and the other members of the PPMO team to manage RD projects of multiple levels of complexity, from early (IND ready to Ph1-2) to later stages (Ph3 and beyond) of the Clinical Drug Development and Life Cycle Management. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliUnder the functional coordination and supervision of a Senior Project Manager, execute the programs towards predefined objectives, activities, budget, and schedule. /li /ulpEstablish and maintain project and operational documentation (Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Gantt Chart, Project Trackers, Stakeholder Chart, Risk Management Tool, communication grid, etc.) /pulliArrange and facilitate meetings. /liliSupport the budgeting process and monitor budget utilization towards plan execution. /liliMonitor progress of activities and results. /liliConsolidate information and provide timely insight and reports. /liliIdentify / anticipate issues and roadblocks to propose contingency / mitigation plans to the Senior Project Manager for approval. /liliEnsure project activities are run according to the established RD project governance. /liliProvide regular updates to Senior Project Managers, fostering a safe, professional, and inclusive work environment. /liliEnsure seamless communication and collaboration across all stakeholders, empowering asset development teams with the information needed to excel in their roles. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliMaster's degree / PhD in scientific disciplines, coupled with experience in oncology development. /li /ulpAbility to understand and integrate / manage data from various sources in the context of clinical trials in Oncology. /pulliGood level of understanding of the basics of Clinical development across clinical stages and Life Cycle Management. /liliPreferred 5+ years' experience in project management within the pharmaceutical RD industry. /liliDemonstrated ability to manage projects. /liliFamiliarity with agile development methodology, coupled with the ability to thrive in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken). /liliProven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong organizational and planning skills. /liliPreferred Project Management certification and experience working within a broader enterprise / cross-division business unit model. /li /ulpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
