Responsibilities: - Coordinate third party inspections of control panels, heaters, and vessels - Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications - Manage overall quality control processes within the company - Provide technical support and guidance on quality control issues - Review and approve inspection reports and documentation - Collaborate with production, engineering, and purchasing departments to address quality issues - Implement and maintain quality control procedures and policies - Ensure compliance with established safety laws, regulations, codes, policies, and procedures - Preferred knowledge in welding and related quality control processes Your Skills: - Experience in quality control and third party inspections - Knowledge of industry standards and specifications - Technical knowledge of welding is preferred - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment - Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to team members, supervisors, and internal/external customers Who is Thermon Thermon has an established record of innovation and excellence.
