Here is the link to our official website; You can also check out our company's LinkedIn page; Responsibilities: 1) Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution. 4) Provide first/second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. 5) Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed. 6) Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. 7) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. 9) Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users. 10) Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, and computer hardware. 11) Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers. 12) Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment. 13) Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software. 14) Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecom.
